ACCOUNTING AND TAX CONSULTING
Financial – Accounting and tax consulting is made in the form of implementation of the following types of orders:
the provision of advice, explanation and oral, telephone and in writing consultation on issues of accounting and tax
assistance in tax and administrative proceedings
the development and implementation of the application site rules (policies) at the site of accounts and the remaining parts of the accounting system and internal controls
assistance in connecting businesses, divisions, and the liquidation
conducting company valuations
ORGANIZATION OF ACCOUNTING AND INTERNAL CONTROL
Organization of accounting and internal controls, in our actions, to design and implement the use of a specific order:
charts of accounts and other documents classified as occupational rules (policies)
computer programs, by adapting them to the findings of company account plans
instructions for the preparation, circulation, control and storage and securing accounting documents and accounting books
Company rules: work, remuneration, social activities, internal control
inventarisation instruction
rules of operation in commercial companies: General Meeting of Shareholders, the Supervisory Board and the Management Board
sale, electronic media, model studies specified in paragraphs 1-6 to adapt to a given unit
